Ever buy a new car, with all the excitement and the celebrity treatment that goes with the buying and delivery experience, and then the shine wears off and you are just another car owner? It is like you no longer exist as a customer once you drive off the lot? Well at Niagara, once you are our customer, we see it as a lifetime commitment. Night Owl/Early Bird Check-In
Customers can leave their vehicle at Niagara 24x7, 365 days a year if your vehicle needs servicing. There are Drop-Off envelopes conveniently located beside the front Service entrance, on the south side of the building. Simply place your keys in the envelope, write out your requests on the easy to follow form, and drop the envelope in the mail slot. Be sure to leave a number where you can be reached, so we can call you in the morning.
Courtesy Shuttle Service
Our Shuttles are on the road from 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We know that you can't put your life on hold while your vehicle is in for service, so we'll get you to the office, or back home, and we'll come and pick you up again when your vehicle is ready. Of course, this is a FREE service.
Refreshments
You are welcome to stay and relax while your vehicle is being serviced, and to make your visit just a little more enjoyable, we are pleased to offer you a selection of beverages including coffee and tea.
Valet Pick Up and Delivery Service
Too busy to make it down to the dealership, and yet the car still needs to be serviced? No problem, for a nominal fee, we can arrange to pick up your vehicle, bring it in for servicing, and then deliver it back to you before you ever know it was gone.
Rental Vehicles
Sometimes you simply cannot be without a vehicle, and Niagara has a solution for that as well. For a very reasonable rate, we can arrange to make sure that you are not without a vehicle for the day.
Too Many Things to Remember?
Life is busy, and there are enough things to try to remember without your vehicle being one of them. We will contact you to remind you when it is time to bring your vehicle in for Service. Just like the dentist, but without the drill!!

Niagara Motors is proud of our long time commitment to reusing or recycling everything from, waste oil, anti-freeze, and Freon gases, to tires, batteries, and sheet metal.
